Last Saturday at the OMOEKOH event, I witnessed something truly powerful; young people with ideas, vision, passion and courage being given an opportunity to be seen, heard and funded immediately. It was truly inspiring, Wow!!😮 No long speeches, No endless promises, Just their belief and dreams meeting opportunity. As panelists, we had the privilege of listening, engaging and selecting some of the most promising ideas and I must say, the brilliance in that room was undeniable. What stood out to me the most was the intentionality behind it all. IMPACT must be: I — Intentional M — Motivational P — Purpose Driven A — Audacious & Authentic 👌 C — Conversational & T — Transformational The younger generation does not only need advice. They need access. They need platforms. They need people willing to invest in possibility.
