If you ever feel stuck like I did, try changing your environment as your level of exposure is limited to the people and environment you surround yourself with.
I donāt mean it as something simple or instantā¦it takes effort, uncertainty, and starting over in ways that feel uncomfortable, but being in the same place with the same routines keeps you in the same mindset.
When I changed my environment, things didnāt immediately get easier, but I started seeing life differently, and that shift made all the difference. Itās not easy, but itās worth it, trust me!āŗļø
