I’ve been working on Victory’s livestream mix for about 3 weeks, and it’s finally starting to come together. Still some kinks to work out (kick and bass blend without a sub? 🥴😅), but I wanted to show the journey — imperfections and all.
The choir sounds huge in the room, so I’m doing my best to bring that same wide, powerful energy to the stream. I’m also trying to get the band to carry more weight, while keeping the vocals on top, AND sneaking in the ambient mics so you can feel the crowd’s reactions. The goal is to make people feel like they’re in church — even when they’re worshiping beyond the four walls. 🙏🏽
You’ll see me making slow, intentional fader moves in the video… just adding little moments and keeping everything balanced.
And shoutout to Jerry Britt — man is basically Kirk Franklin energy with Fred Hammond vocals 😂🔥 Victory is blessed!

This week has been different in the best way. Getting to make music with my bro Daon Drisdom reminded me why we’ve stayed tight all this time—even with miles between us. 🎶
We only cranked out a couple songs, but the vibes were dope. The studio’s been running hot (my AC been working OT! 🥵😂), but the energy in the room made it all worth it.
