I’ve realised that when you can attach meaning to a tough season , you tend to handle it differently.
Not perfectly, but in a different way.
The issue is that many waiting seasons don’t come with clear explanations.
Instead of feeling like you have a purpose, you start to take things personally. You begin to internalize the delay, question yourself more, and overanalyze everything.
Eventually, the emotional burden of “not knowing” becomes harder to bear than the waiting itself. I have been reflecting a lot on that shift in perspective lately. Maybe what is needed during difficult times isn’t just support but understanding.

I used to think that every delay was my fault.
I felt like I needed to fix something, do more, or be more prepared. But I’m beginning to understand that not everything is under my control.
