Most traders hear “free trading education” and immediately assume there’s a catch.
Fair question.
But here’s the part people don’t understand:
When a trader places a trade through a broker, there are commissions, spreads, and transaction fees involved. The broker makes money from activity.
So instead of charging traders upfront just to learn, the model is simple.
Take part of that commission structure and put it back into helping traders actually improve.
Because if the trader loses long enough, everyone loses.
The trader quits.
The broker loses the client.
The community loses trust.
But when the trader learns properly, understands the process, and starts making better decisions, everyone is aligned.
That’s the difference.
Free doesn’t mean random.
Free doesn’t mean low value.
Free means the incentive is placed where it should be:
Helping the trader survive long enough to actually learn.

I never thought I’d be teaching trading—but the more people that can do this well, the better off they will be I believe, so playing my role in facilitating that the best I can seems to be a noble one to be passionate about.

Vishen Lakiyani calls them “Brules” (bullshit rules), Don Miguel Ruiz calls them “Voices of Knowledge,” others may call them “subjective truth” that may not be true.
A couple pages from the famous book Walden; it’s probably a pretty controversial perspective in that essentially the author is saying quite sharply that “most elder people who have tried to offer advice were in no position to do so… and that usually that advice was simply based on age had substance or value whatsoever—was even destructive to the development of the receiver.
He later even says in the book, “I have always regretted that I am not as wise as the day I was born.”
