Dr Ini Abimbola @officialiniabims has become one of the biggest and strongest back bones of The B³ brand and she shows up physically, mentally, psychologically and in all the ways that matter!!! This woman is a powerhouse, we are yet to recover from her session at the B³ Xclusive in 2024, I will never forget the way you could hear a pin drop when she was telling her story, talking about her struggles and how she overcame them... Somehow, she entered our houses, our minds, dealt with our fears, struggles, frustrations and gave us not just hope, but road map. As my mentor, I keep borrowing from her audacity, she keeps pushing and Guys...in the Month of May, she is coming to the Cube!😅💃💃💃 Yes!!!! @officialiniabims is the very first Mentor, Resource Person and firebrand woman coming to The Cube and if you are not in that room, if you are absent...e go too pain me! The Live sessions are a Masterclass, where we get to ask questions, get clarity and she will give us work oo!!! Biko, its absolutely FREE for Cubers!!!! For Non Cubers who want to attend the class, you will have to pay! We mean business! Being a Cuber is one of the best gifts you can give yourself as a woman.... Dr Ini came to the B³ Summit to surprise me...she took the mic for just a few minutes, but the impact was loud! So imagine spending hours with her, free to ask questions, gain clarity, strategy and direction! Access to the Cube ends Tomorrow, 30th April!!! The best use of your 50k??? Join The Cube!!!! To watch everything that happened at the Summit, please go to VERONICA'S DAUGHTER CHANNEL on YouTube and subscribe! Asa Ojemba Enwe Ilo.

I have people. Period. Not just ordinary people, quality humans above me, beside me and under me. There’s something powerful about being seen…especially by someone who has helped shape your journey. On Saturday, in the middle of all the energy, conversations, and impact of the B³ Summit…my mentor, Dr Ini Abimbola @officialiniabims walked in. Unannounced. Unprompted. Just present. I was so shocked and I stood there, rooted to the spot! Who am I that this powerhouse of a woman would leave her busy schedule, hop on a plane and land at my event???!!! And in that moment, it reminded me of something we don’t talk about enough… Mentorship is not just advice. It is access. It is covering. It is someone standing in rooms you haven’t entered yet and making your name known. It is someone seeing your potential long before the world applauds it. For many women, especially in our part of the world, the journey can feel lonely. You’re building, nurturing, showing up…often without a clear map. That’s why mentorship is not a luxury. It is a necessity. Because the right mentor will shorten your learning curve: – correct you without breaking you – open doors you didn’t even know existed – and remind you who you are when you forget What happened on Saturday is exactly what we are building with The Cube. A space where women don’t have to figure life out alone. A space where access, guidance, and real conversations are normal. A space where success is not just achieved… but sustained. Because one conversation, one guidance, one “I see you” from the right person can change everything. And every woman deserves that kind of advantage. Thank you Ma @officialiniabims I love you Ma...I love the way you love me!!! PS: Mummy Ini will be our very first Powerhouse at The Cube💃💃💃💃 She will set the tone...you are not even ready! Have u entered the Cube? Link in bio! Access ends on the 28th! Asa!

“We don't have a talent shortage in Africa. We have a belief shortage.” McKinsey's 2025 research - the first time its landmark Women in the Workplace study covered Nigeria - found that women hold nearly half of entry-level roles in Nigerian financial services and under a third of senior leadership positions. The talent is there. The pipeline is leaking. And only 15% of boards are holding themselves accountable for fixing it. Closing the Belief Gap isn't optional. It's a $316 billion economic opportunity and a moral imperative. 💜Drop a comment and share ways this obvious gap can be closed. #TheBeliefGap #WomensLeadership #AfricanWomen #Nigeria #leadership

Yesterday, I joined my dear mentee, Honourable Seyi Adisa @seyiadisa_ as he launched his book - Leading at 27. I have had the privilege of walking alongside Seyi for the past three years as his mentor, and I want to be precise about what I have observed, because commendations can sometimes reduce a person to a flattering blur. I have seen clarity, courage and passion in Seyi. Seyi is genuinely interested in how things work, how institutions can be made to serve people better, how the mechanics of leadership translate into real outcomes for real communities. That passion is what has produced this book. This book carries a subtitle: How Young Leaders Can Change the World. Embedded in that subtitle is an obligation that falls on us, the not so young. Young leaders cannot change what they are not given access to. They cannot lead where they are not trusted. They cannot be prepared in environments that see them only as successors to be managed, rather than leaders to be developed. If we are serious about Nigeria's future, we must be serious about creating the conditions, the mentorship, the platforms, the honest sponsorship that this book calls for. Seyi, @seyiadisa_ you have done something courageous here too. You have written a book before the world told you that you had earned the right to. That is leadership. Ladies and gentlemen, please join me in celebrating the book - Leading at 27. #leadingat27 #Leadership #governance

"The skills that got you here are not the skills that will take you there." Africa's best executives are often its most trapped ones, caught in doing brilliantly what someone else should be doing. This is The Operator's Trap. And breaking free from it is the leadership work of our generation. Are you leading, or just operating at a very high level? 💬 Tell me in the comments. #Leadership #AfricanLeadership #Strategy #ExecutiveLeadership #ThistlePraxis
