VULNERABILITY POST: (plz don’t judge me 😓)
Some days I still can’t believe Micah is gone.
Grief is such a strange thing because the world keeps moving while a part of YOU stays frozen in the moment you lost them.
People always tell you to “stay strong,” but nobody really tells you how hard it is waking up every day missing the person who made you feel whole. The person who understood you without explanation. The person who felt like home.
I’ve smiled. I’ve worked. I’ve created. I’ve entertained. But the truth is… some nights the pain still hits exactly the same. Loud. Heavy. Unfair.
Losing Micah changed me forever.
And honestly… I’m still trying to figure out who I am without him physically here.
For the people who have experienced real loss… how do you deal with grief?
How do you keep going when your heart still reaches for somebody you can’t call anymore?
I’m learning that grief doesn’t disappear. You just learn how to carry it differently.

Came back around to 𝓜𝓸𝓭𝓮𝓵𝓼 & 𝓜𝓸𝓰𝓾𝓵𝓼 and turned the whole moment OUT.
Started with 𝓬𝓸𝓾𝓻𝓪𝓰𝓮… and it led me exactly where I needed to be.
I stepped into the 𝓣𝓑𝓡 𝓜𝓸𝓭𝓮𝓵 𝓒𝓪𝓵𝓵 and walked away with my casting—proof that showing up scared is still showing up strong.
Then I hit 𝓜𝓸𝓭𝓮𝓵𝓼 & 𝓜𝓸𝓰𝓾𝓵𝓼 and gave that stage everything in me… and it gave right back.
𝓣𝔀𝓸 moments.
One reminder: growth happens when you stop doubting and start doing.
To anybody watching this journey—keep going.
Even when it feels uncomfortable.
Even when you feel overlooked.
Your moment is already aligning with your effort.
I’m proud of myself. And I’m not done yet.
