This is more than training — it’s Africa’s climate justice in ACTION! Soon, I’ll be joining passionate changemakers from across the continent at the Nairobi Summer School on Climate Justice (NSSCJ) — an initiative of the Pan-African Climate Justice Alliance. This in-person training — a gathering of leaders, thinkers, storytellers, and movement builders from across the continent promises to be phenomenal! We’re coming together to learn, resist, imagine, and build power for climate justice — connecting with grassroots defenders, visionary scholars, and changemakers whose voices will shape Africa’s climate agenda ahead of the Africa Climate Summit and the Fifth Africa Climate Assembly. This isn’t just training, it’s a transformative journey to strengthen our collective voice for a just, equitable, and ecologically rooted future for Africa. #ClimateJustice #AfricaForClimate #NSSCJ #SustainabilityPulse #PanAfricanClimate #AddisAbaba

A few weeks ago, I had the honour of hosting South Africa Week in Lagos; a space built on exactly what Africa needs more of: dialogue, solidarity, and shared vision across borders. Today, as we witness the painful resurgence of xenophobic violence on our continent, that experience means even more to me. We cannot build a united Africa while attacking the Africans standing beside us. The same continent we celebrate in boardrooms and summits must be protected in our streets and communities. Pan-Africanism is not a hashtag. It is a daily, deliberate choice. To our every African caught in the crossfire of division, you are seen, and this work continues in your name. #SouthAfricaWeek #PanAfrican #AfricanSolidarity #EbaideOmiunu

"Africa's green transition must create jobs, not just conversations." This is what the Africa Green Future Forum is built around. Not talk. Outcomes. www.agff.africa #AGFF2026 #climateactionnow #GreenEconomy #GreenJobs #africaleads

What if waste was never really waste? Across Nigeria and Africa, a new economy is emerging, one built on clean energy, circular solutions, green transport, innovation, and opportunity. The businesses, creators, and industries that understand this early will help shape Africa’s future. The Africa Green Future Forum (AGFF) is bringing together the people, ideas, and partnerships driving that transition forward. Through the Africa Green Walk, thousands will come together to show that climate action is not just policy, it is people, movement, and collective action. Africa’s green future is not coming. It is already being built. Register for the Africa Green Walk: /e/agw2026/checkout #AGFF2026 #AfricaGreenWalk #GreenEconomy #ClimateAction #sustainability

Africa’s future cannot be outsourced. 🌍 Real change begins when Africans lead, invest, and take ownership of protecting the environment that sustains us. For Africa. By Africans. 💚 #AfricaForAfrica #ClimateLeadership #EbaideOmiunu #OurClimateOurFuture

Honoured to host a corporate luncheon and private lecture convened by SPA Ajibade & Co, celebrating a remarkable milestone Dr. Chike Ayido on the completion of his PhD in International Economic Law. His work on trade secrets and economic development speaks directly to a critical intersectionhow legal and economic systems can drive sustainable growth. These are the kinds of conversations we need more of. Because sustainability is not just environmental,it is deeply rooted in how we structure our economies, protect innovation, and create equitable opportunities. Congratulations, Dr. Chike Ayido, on this well-deserved achievement. The future of sustainable development is stronger with work like yours at its core. #SustainableDevelopment #hosting #EbaideOmiunu #Sustainabilityadvocate

In 2026, leadership without an environmental strategy isn’t leadership it’s slow decline. We’ve moved past the era where climate responsibility sits in a corner office or a separate department. Today, climate leadership is business leadership. Because environmental shifts are already shaping supply chains, workforce stability, operational costs, and long-term growth. The most forward-thinking leaders understand this: Profit and planet are not in competition, they are deeply connected. Real leadership now means thinking beyond the next quarter and building for the next fifty years. So the question is not just are you leading? It’s what exactly are you leading towards? Are you building for today , or securing the future? #ClimateLeadership #SustainableBusiness #FutureFocused #LeadershipMatters #EbaideOmiunu

We can’t keep showing up on global stages, and staying silent at home. 🌍 From conferences to COPs, African voices are present. But presence is not enough, action is what matters. The conversations must not end when the flights land. The ideas must not stay in rooms across the world. Because the truth is simple: The world is not coming to save Africa. Our solutions will come from us. Our progress will be driven by us. Our future will be built by us. This is a call to return, to engage, to act, in our communities, our policies, our systems. Save Africa. By Africans. For Africa. 💚 #ClimateStage #AfricaForAfrica #ClimateActionAfrica #COPToCommunity #AfricanSolutions #ClimateLeadership #ActNow #TEIAdvocacy #OurClimateOurFuture

April has been quieter on this grid but never in the room. The first quarter of 2026 didn’t ask permission. It demanded everything; convenings, conversations, policy rooms, continental strategy, and showing up fully for the work that this moment in climate and development history requires. Q1 closed with momentum, and April picked up right where it left off. The work has been relentless, intentional, and deeply rooted in one conviction: Africa’s voice must shape Africa’s solutions. This feature in the Global Affairs Magazine March–April 2026 Edition is a reminder of why we cannot afford to be silent on the intersection of climate justice and gender justice. The debt that kills is real. The data is clear. And the demand is not for more reports, it is for action. We are in the rooms. We are on the pages. And we are not slowing down. If this work resonates with you, stay connected: Follow @tei_advocacy for on-the-ground climate action, youth leadership, and SDG programming across Africa. Follow @theclimatestage for sharp, solution-oriented climate content — Africa’s voice, distilled into every episode. The climate conversation needs more informed voices. I’ve been in the rooms. Now I’m setting the tone. Abuja. London. New York. Abidjan. Policy tables. Global stages. Youth convening. The work has been relentless, and I have loved every moment of it. But there is something different about showing up in your own voice, on your own terms. Climate leadership. Sustainable development. Women and youth’s agency. Africa’s future. These are not just causes I advocate for, they are the architecture of everything I build. New week. New quarter in two days. Same mission — sharper, clearer, more intentional than ever. What are you building this quarter? 👇🏾 #ClimateLeadership #SustainableDevelopment #Youth #WomenInClimate #AfricaClimate #ClimateJustice #ThoughtLeadership #TEI #WomenWhoLead #Q2Goals

What does it take to guide meaningful conversations that shape investment, innovation, and economic growth? At the just concluded Investors Connect London, @officialebaide served as a moderator, steering insightful discussions that brought together diverse perspectives across business, policy, and development. Her role went beyond coordination, creating a space where ideas could be challenged, refined, and translated into actionable thinking. Through thoughtful engagement and strategic questioning, she helped drive conversations that highlighted the importance of collaboration in building sustainable investment ecosystems. By connecting voices across sectors, the session reinforced the value of dialogue in shaping solutions that are both practical and forward-looking. Her presence reflects the critical role of strong moderators in ensuring that conversations are not only heard, but truly impactful. We appreciate @officialebaide for contributing her expertise and leadership to a dialogue that continues to influence how we think about investment and economic development. Because the right conversations, guided effectively, can shape the future of opportunity. #InvestorsConnect #EconomicDevelopment #Leadership #WomenInLeadership #PolicyAndImpact InvestmentEcosystem
