Hm idk where to start with this caption. If you can’t tell already I’m very emotional especially with my posts. Writing this is already making me cry, I don’t know what He wants to do with me yet but I can confidently say that I know He’s with me through it all. He’s been ordaining my steps for so long even when I hated the mention of God(like I said in the post I’ll talk about my testimony at some point). How I love my Jesus. The song that is playing was written when I was 13. No, it’s not a worship song which is perfectly okay. I wrote it during the George Floyd incident because for some reason it hit me hard. I ended up producing it when I was 14, I’ve kinda left the song a bit but I’m reminded that He’s written the story of Al Gaze and this song is a part of it. I will probably re-launch it just because. Obviously now I’ll be making Christian music but this song is a testament to how my gaze was always fixed on Him. This is the story of Al Gaze and it is just beginning. I’m excited to see what He does with me for His glory. You all get front row seats to that, I’m just so honoured and privileged that a girl like me He looked at and said I will change a generation with her voice. It baffles me every-time. The Gospel is not “try harder,” “be better,” or “do more.” It is not self-help dressed up as Christianity. The Gospel is this: Jesus became what we were so that we could become what He is. And in this rawness, we are seeing hearts awakened, chains broken, and lives surrendered to Jesus—not through fear, but through love and revelation. Salvation is not just forgiveness of sins; it is the restoration of identity. The Gospel doesn’t just save us from hell—it reconciles us back to the Father and reveals who we truly are in Christ.
