We got tasked with throwing & catering a private Sopranos themed birthday party in Chelsea.
Merrill cheffed up an amuse-bouche rotation that featured GABAGOOL BAGS, Crispy Polenta with Veal, Beef & Pork meatballs and Italian Sausage corn dogs with Giardinera jam.
It also made sense to hire OFFBRAND Michael Jackson to come perform for the entertainment.
