Beyond the tourist hotspots in Indonesia, there is a heartbreaking reality. It’s devastating to see how much waste is intentionally discarded in the jungles, the oceans, and on the streets. From toxic chemicals to unmaintained engines leaking fuel directly into the ecosystem, the impact is everywhere.
Indonesia is one of the most beautiful and fertile places on Earth. I truly wish there was more respect for the very land that sustains and feeds the people here. This boat, spitting fuel into the water, is just one small example of a much larger crisis.
