Lemon Pasta Recipe :
Ingredients :
Butter
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
Olive oil
Sundried tomatoes according to the amount of pasta
Pasta package or less
2 lemons
Black lemoncheese(optional)
Preparation method:
Fry the onion in olive oil
Until it browns. Add the garlic and then add about 50 grams of butter. Icook everything. Add lemon zest and lemon juice from two lemons. Then add the pasta and the sundried tomatoes. Mix a little and serve on a plate with a little Parmesan on top or Bulgarian. Enjoy!🍝
