I made these beautiful outfits around this time last year, at a point where I was going through trials and tribulations 😂😂😂. I had electricity issues at my house, so I decided to stay with a friend - worst decision I’ve ever made. It wasn’t a nice experience. I was also burnt out, but you wouldn’t know it if you saw me outside; I’ve learned not to wear my problems on my face.
Moral lesson: beautiful things can come out of your trying times.
It’s always a joy to dress up, especially in pieces from my Nigerian vendors, and the pride I feel when the compliments start rolling in is unmatched.

One Sunday afternoon in August 2021, Sewa sent me a message saying “You will be making my wedding dress. I know you can,my wedding is next year, so prepare for mind “. Ladies and gentlemen, it’s Sewa’s confidence in me for me.
