Yesterday I did a portrait of @cande.laz but I wasnāt happy with the result. Today, my ego made me try it again š
I believe this one represents better the wonderful work of Candela. The photo reference I used is from @pelillosderaton , a great photographer you should follow.
So this is the outcome of me trying to get back to detailed portraits. I must admit that I had a lot of fun, but also that at some point, Iāve lost interest on keeping up with adding details. The portrait was made with @infinite.painter and the model is the gorgeous @hiyartist from a photo reference took by myself @peaceo
Hereās another portrait of the one and only @mnemosine___
A friend recently told me some of my portraits works not because of the composition nor my technique, but the quality of the models.
This time, I couldnāt agree more with him.
As always, made with @infinite.painter
Today is my 40th birthday, and I felt the need to paint a self-portrait to honor my tradition of painting myself every time I join a new decade.
Itās been nice to remember that I still remember how to paint, and that beyond the final result, the process itself remains fun and enriching.
Thanks to everyone whoās still around!

A couple of years ago, Miriam and I had our first photoshoot together. One of the objectives was to create references for our next portrait. What you see here is the result. Painting Miriam is always special, and I hope you can sense that in this portrait.

When I was 18, I asked my friend Marina to pose for me. I was too young, unexperienced and pervert for her to accept that offer.
18 years later, Marina was the one suggesting to work together and I immediately accepted.
Itās always super rewarding to do portraits of people I love and care and I hope you find Marinaās eyes as charming and lovely as I do.
Itās been a while since my last self portrait so I wanted to give it a go.
I took the photo selfie with some help from @sco0ty ā¤ļø
The portrait has been made using @infinite.painter on the iPad Pro.
Hope you all like it!
I can finally share with you this portrait of Mercedes, made with @infinite.painter to showcase whatās possible with this marvelous tool.
Iāve been always a fan of Infinity Painter so this collaboration with them felt special to me. I had a lot of fun and soon we will show you more details on how it was done from beginning to end āŗļø
I hope you all like it!
Iām about to try again a little bit of hyperrealism, but to add a little bit of a challenge, this was my hyperrealism skills NINE YEARS AGO. Time flies š±
