During the APANAGE DAYS ’25 in Berlin, a curated selection of musicians was presented alongside visual artists in a two-day public exhibition – placing musical voices within the same cultural framework. In doing so, public space was redefined through culture rather than advertising.
We were pleased to feature @oddworldbootleg – the audiovisual band who have shaped the sonic landscape of contemporary music while continuously pushing its aesthetic boundaries.
„oddworld“ represents a new generation of music-making – one that approaches sound not just as rhythm or melody, but as visual, atmosphere, surface, and spatial memory. See and feel. Their instrumentals, ranging from dreamy to direct, function more like cinematic environments than conventional tracks.
Within the APANAGE context, their presence acknowledges music as a conceptual practice: one that dissolves genre boundaries and blurs the lines between culture, video art, and digital storytelling.
oddworld extends its sonic language into visual territories – using inverted POV, retro-futuristic textures, and game-like aesthetics to create immersive experiences.
By embedding musicians into a curated exhibition – not alongside commercial placements, but within a cultural framework – APANAGE offers sound the context it deserves.

We are pleased to announce @oddworldbootleg as part of the APANAGE DAYS '25 in Berlin.
oddworld is a band project with @minhtendo and @alexis_troy – two creators who have quietly reshaped the sound of contemporary music. With a distinct sonic identity and a strong visual aesthetic, oddworld pushes beyond the limits of genre and embraces a raw, cinematic approach to music.
Their work is rooted in experimentation: distorted samples, industrial textures, graphic design and dystopian worldbuilding come together in a soundscape that feels both futuristic and grounded. Whether producing for other artists or developing their own sonic narrative, oddworld remains a space for radical exploration and sonic authorship.
Apanage is a cultural movement that connects physical and digital formats, public space, and artistic disciplines. The Apanage Days reflect this by presenting visual and musical work within one curated context.
