Introducing “Low Boy” an American IPA brewed in collaboration with the hard working pizza practitioners of the Oddwood kitchen.
Drawing inspiration from classic IPAs of the mid-west and the sad boy post punk music of somewhere, we put together an intense IPA built on a mountain of Simcoe, Strata and Nectaron hops. Expect big notes of pine, grapefruit and peach rings with a smooth malt body that keeps it classy.
We want to give a big shout out to our kitchen team; we appreciate your hard work!
