This little brewery that could just got named Best Brewery in @d_magazine Best of Big D issue and we’re over here trying to figure out how to look cool while happy-crying into a pint.
Huge thank you to our loyal customers, friends, first-timers, and everyone who keeps bringing people through our doors and trying what we make.
And our team — the taproom staff who keep the place running with heart, hustle, and care, and the brew crew who show up early, stay late, and turn ingredients into something worth coming back for, batch after batch.
We feel like this deserves a little celebration, come raise a glass with us this Friday (12/5), we’ll have live music from the @bigcanyonboys , fresh beer and good times!!

For all the coffee lovers out there, we’re bringing back ‘Obscura’ a 6% Cold Brew Coffee Ale!! Built on a Brown Ale base, cold-conditioned on 100% Arabica Espresso beans, it pours a deep Amber color immediately flooding your olfactory with bold notes of coffee, toffee and a hint of nuttiness. It drinks clean, crisp and soft, starting off with a malty sweetness that moves into smooth, rich coffee all rounded out by a light pleasant roasty finish.
Now available in Cans and on Draft at both our Farmers Branch and Plano Taprooms!!

‘Obscura’ - Cold Brew Coffee Ale Returns Tomorrow!!
We weren’t sure what you guys would think about this beer, but judging by how fast it went, you thought it was a’ight.
We got so many requests for its return we brought it back sooner than expected.
Coming in at 6%, ‘Obscura’ is a Brown Ale Cold Conditioned on Espresso Coffee Beans. It’s almost like drinking cold brew coffee but better! If you like coffee you’re gonna love this one!!
Available in cans and draft starting Tomorrow (5/15) in both our Farmers Branch and Plano taprooms!!

We are really digging ‘La Lucha’ right now! It’s a Dark Mexican Style Lager that’s really firing on all cylinders. It’s clean, crisp, refreshing with a delicate malty sweetness that hits just right!
