Priscilla is an ODC Peer Mentor who supported her mentee, Susan, in starting her own crafting business called Crafter on Wheels! They both share a love of crafting, so they naturally were a good fit for a mentor & mentee. Priscilla supported Susan in selling her crafts at the 2025 Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities's Self-Determination Conference!
Peer Mentoring connects individuals who have successfully navigated the challenges of life with a disability to support their peers to do the same!

We celebrated May Day on Friday by handing out flowers with the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Central Wisconsin's Meals on Wheels and sharing flowers & smiles with people we met in the community! 𝗪𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗗 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗢𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗧𝗢 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗘𝗡 𝗣𝗘𝗢𝗣𝗟𝗘'𝗦 𝗠𝗔𝗬 𝗗𝗔𝗬!
Don't forget our Red Cross Blood Drive at ODC - Wisconsin Rapids is from 10am-3pm 𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬! Walk-ins are welcome and we hope you can stop by & donate blood if you are able to! Also, as a thank-you for donating, you will receive a $15 e-gift card of your choice!
