Following our recent strategic meeting, we’ve kicked off school visits to different schools under the #SAUTIZETU Project which is supported by @hakielimu
Our goal? To assess and support the incredible initiatives led by teachers to promote inclusion. We are taking a close look at everything from #classrooms and #toilets to other vital school #infrastructure to ensure they truly support inclusive education.
Beyond the physical space, we are evaluating how the education and training provided to teachers is being put into practice to ensure inclusive education is a reality.

Today, we held a strategic meeting for the #SAUTIZETU Project, proudly supported and funded by @hakielimu to reflect on the progress of implementing Inclusive Education in schools under the project.
Teachers and Head Teachers had the opportunity to present achievements made so far, discuss challenges they faced and those that still remain, and share how they are continuing to address them to ensure every child has equal access to quality education.
Following this session, we will continue visiting schools to monitor and support the implementation of Inclusive Education.

Day 5 marked a powerful conclusion to an inspiring journey of learning and creativity.
The day was dedicated to showcasing what the teachers had accomplished throughout the training. Divided into fours groups based on their schools, each team created its own corner space to present the teaching aids they had designed and developed.
From simple materials, they brought to life innovative tools that turn lessons into engaging, hands-on experiences, proof of how much they have learned and how ready they are to transform their classrooms.
It was more than a presentation; it was a celebration of growth, collaboration, and the confidence to create meaningful learning environments for their students.

Day 4 of the training and the creativity is inspiring!
Teachers are actively designing and crafting their own teaching aids, transforming ideas into practical tools that make learning more engaging, interactive, and meaningful.
The goal is to equip them with the skills to create these resources independently, so they can apply what they’ve learned to better support and inspire young minds when they return to their schools.

Did you know teaching aids can unlock the full potential of young minds?
Through an intensive 5-day training, @ocode_tz is empowering teachers to transform ordinary lessons into dynamic learning experiences where curiosity is ignited, creativity is nurtured, and reasoning comes alive.
By learning how to create and use effective teaching aids, educators are turning abstract concepts into something children can see, touch, and truly understand.
Beyond the classroom, these approaches build essential life skills; Problem-solving, Critical thinking, Collaboration, and Self confidence preparing children not just to pass exams, but to navigate real-life challenges with independence and creativity.

The meeting aimed to review the findings and recommendations presented by the ALiVE Team to TIE.
Through the discussion, the TIE Management Team contributed valuable suggestions and constructive feedback to further strengthen the revised curriculum, generating deeper insights and practical directions toward a more inclusive, future-ready education system.
