Thanks to the hAven’s triple-glazed windows, timber structure, and high insulation specs, pairing the home with a solar PV array, hybrid inverter, and battery rack system allows for up to two full days of battery autonomy — enabling net-zero energy usage.
In the Herron hAven, this setup also includes a fully off-grid water filtration and leach drain system. Chris says the entire system pays for itself in just four years.
