I begin my first Vipassana. I’m excited, but before surrendering myself to a new chapter, I offer my gratitude to the Intelligence of the ocean and to all the people who continue accompanying and inspiring my path. Thank you for all the inspiration & the baby sharks for being the chihuahuas of the sea 💙

This is how we closed our deep water Ocean Dance in Koh Phangan. We took time for creative integration — through drawing, dance, movement, writing, and music. After that, I didn’t hold a closing circle, but simply invited everyone to stay in the space for as long as they needed, doing whatever they felt like. Later that evening, we met again on the beach by the fire, and some really meaningful conversations unfolded. When the group has truly become a group, when people feel closeness, there’s no need to guide or direct anything — just to be together, sharing and living the same values. It feels like everything we create as a team is in service of this closeness. And once it’s there, you just want to stay with it and enjoy it — emotionally, spiritually, physically, and on a deeper level of meaning. The sessions end, but the connection remains. Upcoming workshops may take place in China, and as usual from early September — in Turkey and in Egypt with dolphins. All the information will be shared in bio 🌊

Day 1, shallow waters 🪼 Here we are, on a tropical island in Thailand, surrounded by warm waters, lush nature and open skies. We begin slowly, arriving in the body, softening into presence, meeting the water with curiosity. The first steps into the ocean, reconnecting with something simple and ancient. No rush, no expectations ~ listening. A journey begins in the water, in the body, in ourselves. 🩵

💧World Water Day. For many ancestral communities, water is not just a resource—it is a being with spirit. Water connects us. It lives within our tissues, in every cell, in our emotions. It unites us as a planet, flowing through rivers, oceans, and clouds in a shared pulse of life. If magic exists, it lives in water💧✨ 💦 Hoy es el Día Mundial del Agua.

Sometimes we are so used to doing… Even when we come to dance, we try to do the dance. And then something feels off — because dance is not something to do. It’s something that is already there. So the question becomes: how do we shift from doing… into being? From searching outside… into becoming our own point of reference? What if the dance is already here? What if you are the dance? Water invites us into this shift in a very natural way. In water, gravity changes. You can fall — and you are held. You can let go — and something carries you back to the surface. It’s like stepping into a different reality, where effort softens, and control becomes less necessary. Water also listens and transmits. It can open unexpected spaces inside of us - images, sensations, emotions, even creativity and insight begin to flow. For many, it becomes a way back to a sense of safety. A place where the body can slowly move from tension and holding… into playfulness, trust, and quiet joy. We invite you to enter this space with us — to soften, to float, to listen, and to rediscover the dance that is already alive within you. #oceandance #watercontact #underwaterdance #contactimprovisation #healingwaters Filmed at our Ocean Dance season in Cirali, Turkey 🎥 Daniel Benecke
