Housecat is one of those producers who’s been quietly refining his sound over the years and hasn’t cut any corners in developing. His tracks carry a raw edge, but there’s always a sense of movement running through them that’s gritty, but has undeniable bouncy rhythms and delicious breaks that keep things driving without feeling heavy handed!

Opening the night, we’ve got Housecat.
A familiar name to those paying attention, Housecat has been quietly putting in the work for years both behind the decks and in studio.
With roots in parties like HAZE, he’s built a reputation as a versatile selector, moving between dub techno, electro and breaks without ever losing flow.
As a producer, he’s one of Belfast’s more underrated voices consistently putting out quality that speaks for itself, even if it flies under the radar.
Expect a proper warm up wide ranging and patient. Housecat will be setting the tone the right way before Rosie and Princess Glitoris take over.

A regular across OCD lineups, Rosie’s been quietly building momentum as one of Belfast’s fastest rising selectors. Her sound sits in that sweet spot of energetic groovy numbers while remaining dialled into the room.
There’s a real sense of control to how she plays, letting things unfold naturally while keeping the energy exactly where it needs to be. Rosie is the perfect fit as we head into our headlining Princess Glitoris summer kick off set.

Headlining the night we have @princessglitoris , someone who is a true force from the underground techno scene in Belfast. Blending hypnotic techno, tribal percussion and hard groove energy, she’s built a reputation for sets that don’t let up and keep dancefloors moving start to finish.
From tearing through local institutions to lighting up stages like AVA and beyond, she’s been carving her name across Ireland’s scene with raw, high-impact energy and a sound that always delivers.

Following our 9th Birthday Bash w/ Surka, OCD Belfast returns to Ulster Sports Club on Friday 8 May with a lineup of standout local talent.
We’re delighted to welcome @princessglitoris back for her first solo headline set for OCD. Already a key name in Belfast’s underground, Princess Glitoris is known for driving, high-energy techno and seriously dialled-in selections.
Joining her on main support is @r.osiemac . Back after a standout opening set at our 9th Birthday in March with a versatile style she knows exactly how to build and carry a dance floor.
Opening the night is @housecat.mp3 . A true unsung hero of a producer and techno aficionado. Housecat is setting the tone early with an expert understanding of pure groove.

ROSIE - SUPPORT SPOTLIGHT
A fresh face making waves in Belfast, @r.osiemac has quickly found her footing across some of the city’s most exciting platforms for emerging talent, including Gaff Sessions and Misfit.
With a sound that leans into groove, rhythm and understated energy, Rosie’s selections feel both considered and instinctive. There’s a natural confidence to her sets that makes her a perfect fit for an OCD birthday lineup.
After seeing her play, we knew she was one to watch and we’re buzzing to have her join us at USC this Friday.

A true cornerstone of the OCD family, @djarchive___ is a familiar and valued presence within the OCD family, DJ Archive has played a key role across some of our biggest line ups, with his sound becoming an integral part of OCD’s soundscape.
DJ Archive’s selections strike a perfect balance between groove and melodic. His sound naturally complements Surka’s blend of deep, progressive and uplifting cuts making this pairing one built for a seamless journey from start to finish.
Having consistently supported both local talent and international names on our lineups, it only feels right to have him locked in once again as we celebrate 9 years of OCD.

SURKA - 1 WEEK OUT
After bursting onto the scene only a few years ago @surka_dj has become a serious name to watch in the Irish dance music circuit. Having already stacked up massive slots at festivals such as Electric Picnic, All Together Now and Beyond The Pale as well as other high profile gigs such as her NYE shows at both the iconic Slane Castle and the RDS. Last year saw Surka make her debut in Ireland, Berlin and Colombia.
What to expect? Well, Surka’s sets span the wide spectrum of deep and progressive house and trance, tracks that sit comfortably alongside infectious, bouncy house and disco.
Having supported massive international acts such as Todd Terry, Orbital & Caribou, were extremely pleased to be inviting her to Belfast for her Ulster Sports Club venue for our 9th birthday celebrating OCD Belfast.
