My neighbour came to me with a request to just tint the top 6" of each side window to block the sun...
I ended up talking them into doing the whole window on each side, with a sunstrip, and they were super happy they did! Sometimes when people have crazy ideas, you just have to give your suggestion and let them decide. I have heard of many odd requests, and this was definitely one of them.
Glad they decided to tint the whole window on each side as it definitely looks much more complete this way!

You should know by now that this gentleman loves his tint! This time we did double 5% on the rear portion, and a single layer of 5% on the front 2 doors with a 5% sun strip on the front shield. When he is at the rodeo, noone will be able see in! 🤠

As you can see in the video, the inside of the glass had intense imperfections embedded in the glass. We had to scrape a lot of the windows, and in the end it turned out flawless! The prep makes all the difference, but thankfully this 03 Dodge Ram turned out amazing in the end, and Mr. Tyler was extremely happy! 💯

What do you gift your sister when she gives you her wish list one day before her birthday? Well, it was planned for about 2 weeks that I wanted to tint her car, but I didn't tell her. She kept bugging me a few days before her birthday, and luckily I was able to get the keys and surprise her when my mom brought her back! I told her I was just cleaning the windows, and then it dawned on her and she realized they were tinted!
She was super shocked and extremely happy! This was a special project, and a very special client to me.

Yesterday was a special project. I got to wrap a goalie's helmet. It was for my little Cousin! 🥅
It was awesome being a part of this transformation, and being able to spend some quality time with him afterwards. We of course had to finish the day off with some much needed basketball and baseball with the neighbours. All around, great day! 🙏🏻
The wrap was easy to apply, and it was super forgiving to move it and pull it off of the helmet when you needed to reposition or realign it. He went with the blackbeard 2 theme! All in all, it went very smoothly, and there were no major issues when applying this set of decals.
The only thing that made us think during this install was the top decal, as we had to splice two together to form the one, as it was simply too small for this helmet. Here at Obscured Vision Tints, we always find a way to make it work, and make it look good in the end!
It was about 92% symmetrical, but not bad for a first goalie helmet wrap! Thanks to @customcagesca for the decals. You just made another very happy goalie! Let's hope this confidence turns into some wins!

I got this call to see if I could fix this back window. They had the dealer installed tint from about a decade ago, and obviously wanted it replaced.
I agreed, and man it took a few hours to remove everything, as the film came off no problem with my steamer, but I had to then scrape every square inch in between the lines, making sure I didn't damage them.
I tried my adhesive remover, but it was no match for the bubble edges that were almost permanently etched in the glass. The scraper came in clutch, and it was a super clean install in the end.
The neighbour came over, and it looks like I got 2 more trucks out of this job 😄🤙🏻

We tinted this Rav4 where the horses run and compete, in an arena! And surprisingly the end results were fairly clean!
We went with 5% on the rear, and 20% up front, giving this Rav4 the much needed privacy and sun protection!

We got a call from Brian at Action in Lindsay to help transform this 2016 Scion IM. The client wanted legal in the front, and as dark as legally possible in the rear.
The great news is there are no laws for the back portion, so we went with 5% on the rear portion, and the legal 35% up front. Using only the best film on the market, Tekton!
Now this Scion has some tint to help with the fishbowl appearance, and it looks so much better tinted up! 😎
