Quick trip to the city to support @rhinebeckwriters ’ alum production of the beautiful NIGHT SIDE SONGS! Added a stop at Death of a Salesman, my first time seeing it, if you can believe it. Excellent. (Also a visit to MoMA!)
Spent the past two days at a Children’s Buyers Retreat hosted by @neibabooks & @naibabooksellers right down the the street at @beekmanarms.delamaterinn . Such a joy to spend time with my fellow booksellers and publishing friends. These three ladies from @harperkids have been part of my life for years and I am so grateful for their friendship. We are lucky to have such great champions for children’s books.
Early voting starts today in New York! I couldn’t be more excited to vote for our excellent slate of candidates here in Dutchess County: @danaymarblair for Comptroller, Kara Gerry for County Court, and @drago4dutchess for County Legislature. These committed public servants are working tirelessly every day for the people of our county.
