@sabellifrisch ‘s Sparkling White (extra brut) is a mix of 70% Mission and 30% Riesling. Think dry German Riesling balanced with the herbal and rounder flavor of Mission (the first grape grown in California and Mexico by the conquistadores). I can drink a lot of this one :)

It’s been a moody winter weekend in Bisbee. The only reason I can think of to leave the house is to pick up a bottle of local wine @objectgarage and dream of places to drive the vintage moto guzzi’s in warmer days to come (like @queenofcupswines ‘s tasting room in Patagonia, AZ)
@queenofcupswines MF Goddess, an Arizona red with Graciano grape is the perfect bottle to open to invite some brightness into this wet winter day while embracing the atmosphere . Lilly the goddess behind this wine describes it as “a chiaroscuro of dense, concentrated color & glittering acidity.”
