アサギマダラ登れました！
初日に3手目のポケット取りで落ちまくり、あまりできるイメージはなかったのですが、昨日は調子が良かったのか、しっかり3手目もとらえて（その後も高くて悪く結局2回落ちちゃいました。。）完登することができました！

The last 4 months went by so fast.
Setting for the TNFC Finals and Lead Japan Cup last month was a great experience.
I have many events coming up this year. I want to enjoy them all.
気がついたらもう4月。
短いようで長い、いや短い詰まった4ヶ月間。
残り3分の2もがんばろう。
今年の目標は、生活習慣改善。

Back in this area for the first time in over 20 years.
It brings back so many memories—taking the train here from Okayama with Coro-chan and living in a tent.
I remember trying "Suguru-kun" back then with help from Yuzuki-san and OTG-san, but I stood no chance at all! 😂
Today, I was able to climb everything while soaking in the nostalgia. It was a short visit, but I’ll definitely be back.

Happy New Year.
Last year was a good and full year for me.
This year, I want to keep things simple and follow my instincts when I work on what I want to do.

HōTō V14
Last month, I finally climbed HōTō.
I enjoy many different climbing styles,
but one thing is always the same for me.
I find a problem I really want to climb,
and I keep trying again and again until I send it.
That time is very special to me.
Nothing has changed since I started climbing.
Let’s keep it simple.

Quickly sent it, one of Fukuoka’s top problems.
A clean line running up the rock.
The upper section had a sketchy landing and real tension.
Only the FA knows the full experience,
but I’m glad I could feel a bit of what Tajima felt.
Maybe a soft V13, but no doubt, a great climb.

The TNFC Shanghai Round has successfully finished!
This was TNFC’s first overseas qualifier, and it couldn’t have happened without so much support. Thank you all again!
It’s been 15 years since I started setting and some organizing TNFC, and once again I truly felt how climbing brings people together across countries.
TNFC is all about session-style—everyone climbs the same problems and shares the joy when someone sends. That’s the spirit of TNFC.
I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone come together at next year’s Final Round!

I went back to my hometown for a short time.
I talked with people about developing new climbing areas, and I climbed in Bitchu, one of the best areas in Japan.
I had a really good time.
There are still many projects left, and it’s an amazing area.
