Exciting update!
Thank you guys for helping me choose a new ig handle 🫶 and big shoutout to @sean.morr.art for coming up with this name!

This ig page will remain mostly the same, lots of printmaking content, Roger content, and boat content from my new marine repair biz….(and eventually from my next boat🙃).

Last week I found out Roger is an excellent swimmer🤷♀️
She is completely okay and we learned a valuable lesson and she will not be free in the dinghy without her life jacket ever again.

HUGE shoutout to my friend Cory from @whistlingman for not only hauling my new boat back to Vermont with me, but for also insisting on taking pics and video when I was feeling too overwhelmed to think about that!
I’m so excited about the start of this new adventure with my little Nimble☺️ She’s a funny little boat and I already love her so much. But she does need work! So stay tuned as I get her ship shape.
PS! Her name is currently Compromise. While I love that sentiment, and it’s extra funny because she’s a motor-sailor, I am going to change the name (controversial I know!!). So also stay tuned for a new name reveal and all the hubbaballoo that goes along with that.
Really bittersweet but Phoenix is officially onto her new caretaker ❤️❤️
This boat has been such a huge part of my life over the past 6 years, and it really can’t be overstated how much I’ve learned from her.
She holds so many memories, from the very first sail up Lake Champlain to the last few nights spent aboard. She was Rogers first home, she’s where I started my art business and she’s how I learned how to fix boats.
I’m feeling so so lucky that I’ve found the perfect person to pass her onto💕 The emotional process of selling a boat was made so much easier by the ease with which we communicated.
This isn’t the end of liveaboard life for me and Rog (stay tuned). I’m onto new adventures, and so is Phoenix ❤️

The lake is thawing and the birds are coming back! I love seeing duck and goose butts sticking out of the water. Pics of the goose butts were taken through some binoculars last summer when the geese were feasting, and make me really excited for some warmer weather
I have veryyyy few prints from my core collection are still available and they’re on sale until Friday!! Also there are still some special sale prints up (including postcards!)
The core collection (which includes everything in this post and some more prints that are sold out) will be reprinted along with some new designs next month!!
Fake spring has me so duped.
This morning as I stood on the shoreline I heard the geese in the distance. Our lake is still frozen, so I figured they must have been gathered in a nearby field instead. I’ve seen some ducks where the marina runs bubblers, and the seagulls seem ok with sipping water through little holes in the ice. I miss the herons and the loons though, and as I watch the lake melt I anticipate their arrival.
Real spring will be here before we know it.
