Have you ever wanted to learn how to play guitar but somehow never understood it? Are you paying $200-$300 for guitar lessons only to go nowhere? Have you given up but want to learn again?

This is what OB1Academy is here for!
Many of you know me for my photography as @ob1photography but I bet you didn’t know I started as a guitarist first! Later to go on and be a producer, mixer and now photographer as well.
Starting at 13 years old, I had no teachers to teach me, no money to buy expensive guitars. Only $50 and the will to want to learn an instrument. Target turned out to have $40 “first act” acoustic guitars and the rest is history.
This channel will consist of lessons on how to do the basics from learning your guitars anatomy to the expert sweep and hybrid picking techniques that will be simplified for you to take on yourself and see the results first hand! There will also be covers to learn certain techniques that I used to carry onto other songs which will not only expand your playing but add substance to your style of play.
Private hourly lessons will be the only thing I charge but promise it will cost less than your music teacher and provide more information in a shorter period of time so you can save money and have more time to play what you learned!
