Imagine damaging items in a venue, using equipment without permission, entering restricted areas, taping things to the floor after being told not to, adding last-minute requests that make staff run around all night… and then threatening “reputational damage” because $90 was deducted from the deposit.
The deductions?
Broken votives.

Meanwhile, we overlooked multiple other issues out of professionalism and grace.
