as far as we know, Uncertainty is the only module with actual silver plating on the faceplate. we’re the only company dumb enough. you see, silver plating like this looks like (cool vintage) garbage after it’s been exposed to the air for a few days. in order to avoid that i apply several coats of matte protective finish to Uncertainty faceplates the moment i open the package from our fabricator. the end result is something subtle and unique. the fanciest little gate processor #eurorack
Today we check out the Time Machine by OAM Modular, on it’s own and with it’s new VCA Expander.
This thing is a very weird and powerfull 8 Tap delay with an agressive feedback path and a VERY wide range of delay time. It can go from ambient style delay / reverb to pure glitch madness (great on drums). Oh and it’s stereo and clock syncable.

Using the VCA Expander for Time Machine you can use CV to control when each delay tap is audible. This allows for morphing temporal effects and…. we just don’t know yet. We’re still exploring.
