Dane, our Group Development Chef, has reimagined the classic chickpea hummus with a vibrant green twist. Fresh, creamy, packed with herbs, and wonderfully colourful, this Green Goddess Hummus is the ultimate summer centrepiece.
Layered with Aleppo & cashew chilli oil 🌶️, fresh red pepper salsa 🫑, crisp seasonal vegetables 🥕, edible flowers 🌼, and served with warm toasted pittas for scooping, it’s one of those dishes you can prepare ahead of time for summer gatherings and serve on a beautiful platter for sharing around the table.

This season, honey bees are hard at work among the herbs, veggies, and blooms that make up this usable rooftop event space — creating habitat for pollinators while generating rooftop honey you can see right on-site. 🍯
Rooftop pollinators like bees help support plant growth and biodiversity in urban spaces, strengthening our connection to the crops that end up in dishes you’ll taste at your event. 🌿🥗 Thanks to our friends at @windycityharvest and @chicagobotanic for helping us support our rooftop garden farm and the pollinators that inhabit it. 💚

We raised a glass with our @universityofkansas partners to celebrate the release of Founding Memberships at @naismithclubku at Allen Fieldhouse, a private social club inside one of the most iconic arenas in college basketball.
Public membership opportunities are coming this June as OVG Social Clubs continue to expand what premium hospitality can look like. #RockChalk
