This week’s throwback, we’re taking it back to a fine restaurant we visited back in August 2024 out in Gloucester called @oaktoember . A family owned restaurant. Not only have I haven’t been back to Oak to Ember, I don’t think I’ve been back to Gloucester (. I know, Gloucester has a lot of great stuff. I need to do some content out there this spring & summer. This video features Big Frank’s brother, Big John. We had a great time this day but the food was even better.
The burger here was outstanding. Pretty much everything was. Most of it was cooked on the open fire giving off that deep Smokey taste. The monkfish was exceptional. This is a restaurant I desperately need to revisit. But until that happens, enjoy this throwback of it. I’m sure they’ve made some menu changes over the past 2 years too. I’II be back eventually.
