After a long break and some slight rebranding, we are delighted to be opening our doors again this week. Our opening hours will remain as the following:
Thursday 4-8pm
Friday 4-9pm
Saturday 4-9pm
We will stick with these hours until we get closer to the summer time, where we might make an exciting change👀
Please take the time to admire our new logo and menu design by @terlecki.design who put so much thought and effort into capturing the cafés vibe with a modern twist. Similar to most hospitality businesses, we have had to include price increases to maintain the cost of running a business, we hope you understand. Some slight changes have been made but we made sure to keep all the customer favourites😁
Thursday evening will see the return of @sibinatusligo hosting their first open mic night of the year with us from 6pm. Make sure to call down, say hi, and get some yummy coffee while you’re at it. See you soon🙏🏻

Finally excited to announce the debut of Velatura as a fully formed collective. This Saturday 28th, we launch the first of our Terrace Rave series — a new bi-monthly residency bringing underground, Berlin-inspired techno to the West of Ireland. Expect minimal, melodic and hard groove selections. Come to feel it.
Doors 6:30pm music 7pm; alcohol served inside, the dancefloor is the terrace. Respect the space, respect each other. With our founder @darkxling and our members @mullaney._ and @_dingomusic behind the decks, this is just the beginning — the first taste of what Velatura will bring, the start of something new in Sligo.

Oak Moon Cafe’s re-opening has been pushed to the Thursday 26th February - allowing us more time to make changes to our little cafe. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused and are eager to get back to serving delicious coffee, hopefully you can stick with us for a little bit longer. Looking forward to seeing you all then💛
Notice🎄 Oak Moon Cafe will be closing next Saturday 20th December until Friday 6th February for our annual leave.
Here’s a few clips of coffee and bits that have gone on this year.
