This Van Gogh inspired cake was decorated using only our italian meringue buttercream. It took 12 bags of colors, lots of different piping tips, and a few pallet knives to achieve the perfect texture.

We’ve been bananas about bananas recently so why not put them in our classic sticky bun? Our bakers simmered bananas, added this to our regular filling, and switched out pecans for walnuts! ‼️🍄🟫🚨ATTENTION MUSHROOM LOVERS‼️‼️🍄🟫 We have a new danish flavor available this week, mushroom bulgogi and kimchi with a béchamel sauce.
Our bakers roasted oyster mushrooms in a marinade of onion, garlic, ginger, Asian pear, soy sauce, miso, brown sugar, and mirin. The mushrooms sit on top of a house-made mozzarella and parmesan bechamel sauce. After baking, the danish is topped with kimchi, scallion, and sesame seeds. Each bite has a perfect balance of rich umami sweetness! YUMMMYYYY!!
