Alt Alt Esc at The Oak 2026
After a successful first year of independent, unaffiliated showcases we’re back with three more. All of our showcases will be free entry, first come, first served.
We’ll have 34 acts playing over the 3 days, running from 12.00-00.30.
If you’d like to support the work we do at The Oak without buying a drink over the weekend, we’ll be selling donation “tickets” on Dice and other platforms. These tickets do not guarantee entry and are simply a way of supporting the scene.
Thank you to @pad_kind for all of the hard work, the whole Oak team, and the bands who’ve agreed to play. Thank you to Sinead Kosweski for designing Thursdays poster and Bust Fanzine for design of Friday and Saturdays poster.

This May, coming in slightly cold now, apologies! But a very cool, vague, lineup - I guess you’ll have to stay updated for more details. To many more exciting craft evenings ahead of us ! See you there x
Born in Mexico City and raised across Mexico, the US, and the UK, Marion merges folk tradition with underground indie aesthetics in what she describes as Bolero Garage—a style that spans spectral country blues, Spanish-language folk ballads, with the rebellious irreverence of punk.
