I gave the basic idea for the design - partially based on the first makeup design for the band - but the final makeup was way creepier and so much better than I expected.6/7 @luis.h.martins

1 year of @trasgo.band1 year of makeup designs by @chaoswcolorsFor TRASGO's first improvisational concert I wanted something entirely different from the usual. The outfit itself was changed and the makeup, while being my idea, ended up being so much better than I expected. I'm waiting for the moment to wear it again.5/7

1 year of @trasgo.band1 year of makeup designs by @chaoswcolorsThe concert at Basqueiral was the first time the makeup was changed to something more mime-esque. This change was done to mark the evolution of the band from a small very underground projet looking for little gigs, to a slightly less underground one who started to get its gigs by direct invitation and playing to a bigger audience. By now the original makeup had been done a handful of times so it seemed the right moment to transform it into something new and let Lee's creativity fly free once again.2/8

Photos from the opening of the exhibition IDENTIDADES EM REVOLUÇÃO (Identities in Revolution), on the 19th of April."In 1982, eight years after the 25th of April of 74, homosexuality stopped being a punishable crime, therefore becoming legal. In 2024, in the year we celebrate the half century since the carnation revolution, we question ourselves how free is freedom, really? How did time and politics mold the fight for the freedom of gender, sexuality and identity expression in Portugal?With this exhibition, Associação Cobalto invites artists and the community to explore these questions and how they see themselves in them.
