âBIG NEWSâ Itâs been a while since DOP has released new music but that doesnât mean weâve been quiet!!
We are set to release a new EP in a few months, The first single from it called âUnityâ features @jayway908 from @baywaynj This is amazing for us, Not only is he on the track but Jay Mix and Mastered the EP as well @baywaystudios and he made it sound huge, raw and powerful!!!! Massive respect and appreciation to Jay, given how busy he is now with Bayway.
5 Songs with more features to follow with some NZ legends as well.
More sing along anthems, heavy & straight up DOP that everybody loves.
We recorded this over the past year before @saktone_tattooer stepped away. Heâll always be part of DOP, and youâll still see him jump on stage with us from time to time.
For now, welcome @cwtch_drwg from Two Skinner holding it down on bass.
We just getting started!!!

From Wadzy:
In 2007 when Damaged was breaking up due to me moving back to Auckland, we made a big push to record all of the new songs that we wrote so that we could release a second album⌠we got the music recorded with Otis Chamberlain in Wellington but I didnât get a chance to hit the studio until about six months later when I was back in Auckland⌠by that time I had really lost my âsinging voiceâ and struggled with the recording. The end result was that we scrapped the whole idea but managed to salvage this cover of the Cro Mags classic Hard times⌠At the time of recording Damaged was: Wadzy â Vocals, Jason â Drums, Rhydian â Guitar, Fuzz â Bass, Mike â Guitar. Enjoy!
Thank you for listening, over the past year this project has raised $4195.5 thanks to you with quarter four raising $1060.
Apologies on the quiet, hoping to have more soon but life has been busy.
Got something you want to see? Hit us up.
