was supposed to take a class today with this as the song, but it got cancelled bc of the typhoon 🥹 i wanted to commit to dancing today regardless, so i looked for a choreo on tiktok !

happy to report that my cardio kept up this class (probs thanks to my run and workout a few days ago), but i got a migraine towards the end of the class (probs bc i didnt hydrate enough while biking) 😵💫

First day at my very first dance summer camp (..as an adult)! I've attended two of Coach Nica's classes before and I greatly struggled in both 😅 so i decided to challenge myself by taking her camp LOL.
i'm happy to find that i'm able to keep up with the class a lot better than i used to, i'm breathing a bit better and my heart doesn't pound as hard as it used to! i'm glad i restarted my fitness routines before the camp started bc it really is helping me 🥳
sadly no video for this first session bc i got too shy to ask for a vid, but just know im v happy with what i was able to absorb in just 30 mins of coach's teaching!
ofc this won't be a linear way up, but my rule stands: i have to keep showing up 😌
