On November 28th I’ll be screening two films - Black Mother Black Daughter and Seven Shades of Pale - from the NFB archives. The films with be preceded by a short introduction by me on the National Film Board of Canada and its efforts to integrate wider voices into the idea of “Canadian” cinema and followed by a facilitated group discussion. Refreshments will be served!
