Our members are core to our work and we built a coalition of public servants and partners interested in connecting in changing the world. This coalition makes up our 501c6 nonprofit and as a nonprofit our bylaws govern key aspects of our organization. NXTGIVING EVENT - one last hoorah! At this send-off party, we’ll enjoy pizza and beverages in a casual gathering in the Hop Gardens patio. Our hope is to provide a space for folks to reconnect, reminisce, and find inspiration from one another. We are proud of all we’ve done but it is a bittersweet moment to be ending this chapter. Celebrate with us for some collective closure. We would love to see you all together one last time!

Dear NxtGov Members, After 6 1/2 years, we have decided to sunset operations as a non-profit. We are so grateful for this space and the community we’ve grown over the years. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this journey. We are so proud of all of what we’ve accomplished. To name a few highlights over the years: - Recruiting a community of 515 NxtGov subscribers and 382 active members - Representation across federal, state, and local governments, academia, non-profits, and the private sector, ranging from student assistants to executives - 245 hours volunteered through our Community Engagement committee’s events, by 67 volunteers and service to over 1000 families - 14 “How to Get a State Job” workshops and 35 one-on-one engagements (resume reviews, advice, SOQ reviews) To stay in touch, Join our Slack Community to message other members, and join our Listserv on Google Groups (mailto:[email protected]).
