Two cassettes by the cult band SIEGE COLUMN are being released on April 17, 2026—that’s tomorrow—at the Tones of Decay “Putrid Flesh Reborn” festival!
The first cassette is the latest recording from these masters of dirty death metal punk, with which they have once again managed to push their nihilistic expression a step further: “SULPHUR OMEGA.”
The second is a live recording of their legendary and first concert on the European continent: “LIVE AT TONES OF DECAY 2023.”
So come by our table tomorrow to chat and pick up these two killer albums!

Forged in fire and filth, this duo first tore through the underground with their debut Inferno Deathpassion (2018) — a nine-track death march that spat venom on subgenre purity and reveled instead in raw speed, ferocity, and chaos. Drawing from the primal roots of metal’s early mutations, the band fused death and thrash with crust-laden drums, cavernous punk growls, and a sinister undercurrent of NWOBHM influence. In this third installment, the band has retained their simplified approach but have this time emphasized a recording that better captures the band’s live sound.

SIEGE COLUMN - The Unholy Force is Coming Back from the Wastelands of New Jersey!
Forged in fire and filth, this duo first tore through the underground with their debut Inferno Deathpassion (2018) — a nine-track death march that spat venom on subgenre purity and reveled instead in raw speed, ferocity, and chaos. Drawing from the primal roots of metal’s early mutations, the band fused death and thrash with crust-laden drums, cavernous punk growls, and a sinister undercurrent of NWOBHM influence.
Their 2020 follow-up Darkside Legions dove even deeper into the abyss — a regression to the primordial sound of Bathory, Venom, and Slayer, all filtered through lo-fi annihilation and dual vocal warfare between Shawnslaught and Joe. The result: total sonic devastation.
In 2023, they invaded the stage of TONES OF DECAY festival for the first time, decimating the audience by the raw wall of sound and rough performace evoking the times of early primitive old-school death metal.
Now, in 2025, SIEGE COLUMN return with their latest abomination, Sulphur Omega — a sulfur-drenched sermon of death that channels occult fury, suffocating atmosphere, and relentless speed. With this record, the band sharpens their bladed chaos into pure demonic form, sealing their place among the most uncompromising acts in the contemporary extreme metal underground.
Prepare for hellish armageddon at the TONES OF DECAY stage once again in 2026, where SIEGE COLUMN will summon the sulphur storms and crush all that remain standing!

The East-Coast Inferno known as SIEGE COLUMN returns with full power in their third death metal long play titled “SULPHUR OMEGA”, presenting the soundtrack to hell’s eruption onto Earth across ten new tracks. SIEGE COLUMN have become known as champions of crude extreme metal delivered with a high-energy performance style. In this third installment, the band has retained their simplified approach but have this time emphasized a recording that better captures the band’s live sound. Listeners who enjoy the group’s rough-around-the-edges approach will appreciate that all of the performances in SULPHUR OMEGA were captured by aiming a microphone at the instruments as they were played at the same volume they would be played at in a live performance setting. Computer-assisted time sequencing and sound replacement were not permitted on this recording. Analog deathpassion kills digital dispassion.

ALTAR OF GORE - Litanies of Blood and Blasphemy
From the ashen depths of New Jersey’s underground, ALTAR OF GORE originally emerged in 2017 as a one-man project dedicated to play a primitive and pestilent black/death metal. Spearheaded by a man calling himself Acolyte of the Foul Ones, the project channels the bloodlust of early war metal and the suffocating atmosphere of dungeon-born darkness. Following a demo and a couple of split records, the band released a well-received debut Obscure & Obscene Gods (2021) full of swampy, murky and sickening death metal. While all the recordings still feature the Acolyte as the primary member, the band has maintained an active live lineup featuring Joe Aversario & SSK from SIEGE COLUMN on guitars; and Chris Warhead from BLASPHEMATORY on drums.
In 2024, ALTAR OF GORE returned with their second full-length Litanies of the Unceasing Agonies — a relentless sermon of steel and stench vomited forth from the blood-slicked crypts of American black/death scene. Cavernous riffs grind like bone under rusted chains, war-drums hammer in martial ecstasy, and gurgled invocations spew praise to gore-drenched deities long since banished from the light. This is no-frills barbarism: the intro is expanded by six psalms of unrepentant filth delivered with total disdain for melody, mercy, or modernity. Blasphemous, putrid, and utterly possessed — Altar of Gore stands as a monument to all that is unholy and festering. Worship the New Jersey evil metal cult - ALTAR OF GORE!!!
