Our new production facility in Blaine, MN is up and running, and we have 117,000 reasons to celebrate! The new 117,000 SF facility produces liquid cooling solutions for data centers. Once fully staffed, 175+ employees will work there.
Last week, we held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate. nVent’s Blaine location is a testament to the dedication and innovation of our people. The facility went from empty to fully operational in 100 working days! Congratulations to our team. We are inventing the electrified future.

Our Millington, MD location welcomed a special guest for a tour this week. Maryland Secretary of Commerce The Honorable Harry Coker, Jr. visited during a series of meetings in Queen Anne’s County. Our team gave the Secretary a plant tour and discussed their community ties. The Millington location is new to nVent and joined us as part of our acquisition of the Electrical Products Group of Avail Infrastructure Solutions. Thank you, Secretary Coker, for visiting!
We are proud to earn our second VETS Indexes Recognized Employer Award! The list spotlights organizations with strong commitments to recruiting, hiring, retaining, developing, and supporting veterans and the military-connected community.
Our employees who are Veterans bring unique skills to nVent. Many of them give back to their communities through the nVent Veterans Employee Resource Group. They pack meals for food pantries, host toy drives and place flags at local cemeteries. We are honored they have chosen to build their post-military careers with us.

A school is one of the most important places in a community. We recently donated the funds for a renovation project at a Bengaluru, India school. Our local team was honored to be included in the inauguration ceremony. They saw a bright, welcoming building that is ready to educate and inspire students. Our team also spent time with the students, who are excited about this new chapter. They shared their artistic talents with dance and musical performances. The day ended with planting trees that will shade the courtyard. We’re proud to support the places where our people live and work.
On Earth Day, many of our teams traded in their regular work gear for gloves, vests and shovels. From planting trees to cleaning up, they brought beauty to the communities where they live and work!
Yesterday, Rep. Carol D. Miller (WV-01) visited our nVent TRACHTE location in Eleanor, WV. Our team gave the Congresswoman a tour of the facility, where we build large outdoor enclosure solutions filled with sensitive electronics. These enclosures act as switchboards and uninterrupted power supplies for data centers, and help manage power distribution for data center facilities.
It was also a great opportunity to talk about the new jobs nVent is bringing to Putnam County. We are in the process of a 117,000 square foot expansion at the Eleanor location, which will create 100 new jobs.

We have a new state-of-the-art solar farm at our Dzierżoniów facility in Poland! By producing clean energy onsite, the facility will not only reduce its operational costs but also contribute to the local grid’s stability and reliability during peak generation periods.
The solar farm became fully operational this quarter. We expect it to reduce our carbon footprint. By harnessing renewable solar energy, we will decrease our annual CO2 emissions too.
