Abel was enrolled into the NUMEPLAN program at 7 months with body weight of 3.2 kg, and head circumference of 37.
Now 8 months with body weight of 5 kg and head circumference of 40.1 cm.

Rahman was referred to the Lagos Food Bank from a primary health center following prompt identification.
A comprehensive nutritional assessment shows that he is severely malnourished. Rahman has been enrolled into the @numeplan NUMEPLAN program for treatment of severe acute malnutrition > –3 SD.
Like many other under-five children who have benefitted from our nutrition interventions, we are confident that with consistent support and the commitment of his mother, Rahman’s health and nutritional status will improve. 💚

The Adeogun twins were enrolled into the @numeplan program with a weight of 2.9kg and 2.7kg respectively with a head circumference of 33.6cm 31cm at 2 months. Now they are 5.3kg and 5.2kg with head circumference of 38cm and 37cm respectively.
Our commitment is to reduce the burden of malnutrition in Lagos by identifying, assessing, and treating undernutrition, including children at risk because building a healthy future begins with good nutrition for every child.

Today at our warehouse, we were pleased to host health economics researchers from Royal Holloway University of London exploring the intersection of breastfeeding and work, engaging mothers from our NUMEPLAN @numeplan program in insightful focus group discussions.
Collaborations like this facilitates research and help shape policies that better support mothers, children, and working families, driving better nutrition for both mother and child.

Breastfeeding plays a vital role in a child’s growth and development, especially within the first 1000 days. Yet, for many mothers, balancing this with the demands of work remains a daily challenge.
Through our @numeplan programme, we are excited to support and contribute to an ongoing research in this area. In collaboration with researchers from Royal Holloway University of London, breastfeeding mothers in our programme are actively participating in this important study.
We know that such research is pivotal to advancing knowledge, shaping policies, and working toward a future where mothers no longer have to choose between nurturing their children and earning a living.
