I wanted to share a bit of lore behind the vocal approach on this album, and especially on this track.
Black metal has always been a huge influence on me from bands like @behemothofficial that I grew up with, to more recent inspirations like @hateofficial , @sethblackmetal , and @psychonaut4.official .
What I love about these bands is their ability to create a strong atmosphere, and that’s what I aimed to bring into this album: blending the dark, powerful atmosphere of black metal with technical and melodic death metal. This song is the perfect example of that vision.
