This next edition of - Body Agency: a somatics & dance workshop - welcomes the beautiful presence and talent of artist & musician @ntsailli . Ntsailli will be curating the music and soundscapes for this movement experience, inviting our bodies to meet a cosmopolite and soulful rhythm.
Somatics is a practice that connects us to breath, body sensations, and the physical earth - inviting us into a softer, perhaps wilder presence. Dance is a spontaneous space for feeling, exploring, relating, and gently connecting us to a deeper layer of our being.
