Approved! We are thrilled to have obtained permission on behalf of Guinness Partnership Ltd for the redevelopment of 100 Hornsey Road, Islington. The development sees the erection of a 5 storey building comprising 29 new flats.
We are delighted to introduce Hannah Mullane, the latest member of the planning team at NT+A. Hannah joins us as a recent graduate from Nottingham University and will be based in our London office.
After being refused permission for the redevelopment of this garage court by LB Havering, NT+A were asked to prepare a Planning Appeal. Delighted to hear from @PINSgov today allowing our appeal. The development achieves 7x3 bed contemporary homes. Designed by @IntUrbanStudios .
