The theme of Sexual Assault Awareness Month for April 2026 is “25 Years Strong: Looking Back, Moving Forward.” 💙 For 25 years, SAAM has united survivors, advocates, and communities in the commitment to end sexual assault, abuse, and harassment. This milestone honors the history of the movement and reinforces our dedication to a safer future. As we reflect on the progress made and the work still ahead, we’re reminded that every voice matters and every action counts. Stay tuned for more resources as we celebrate 25 years of SAAM and continue moving forward—together. The Together We Act, United We Change PSA, part of the SAAM 2025 campaign, brings together influential leaders, athletes, and advocates from various sectors—taking action to create safer communities.   Featuring James Smith-Williams (Atlanta Falcons, Set The Expectation Ambassador), Yolanda Edrington (CEO, Respect Together), John J. “Ski” Sygielski (President, Harrisburg Area Community College), Jaime Arroyo (Vice President, Lancaster City Council & CEO, ASSETS), and other dedicated advocates, this PSA challenges harmful misconceptions, amplifies survivors’ voices, and fosters a culture built on respect and safety.   Educating ourselves and others, speaking up, and supporting survivors can create a safer world for everyone. Join the movement this April by sharing this message and committing to prevention.   To read our press release, please visit the link in our bio.   #SAAM2025 #TogetherWeAct #UnitedWeChange #EndSexualViolence #ConsentCulture #PreventionInAction #SupportSurvivors #SexualAssaultAwarenessMonth #MeToo #30DaysofSAAM #PreventionIsPossible #PSA
