Since becoming the official UK distributor for the @addingeurope Alupro rack system, we’ve been working to bring the product closer to the market and reduce lead times for our customers.
More recently, we’ve seen a steady flow of orders going through the workshop, showing how well they continue to fit into a wide range of touring and production setups.
Have you tried this system yet?
These images were taken a few months ago while we were in the middle of a large project for Advanced Tooling Systems.
While we’re often able to showcase the finished cases, there’s a significant amount of work that happens long before that stage.
From early discussions with sales and design, through to material prep and precision assembly by our skilled workshop team, every step is carefully considered and has an important role in delivering the final result.
It’s been a particularly busy start to the year, but it’s always rewarding to receive such positive feedback from our customers.
A recent project for Seiko.
A full run of custom flight cases for LED timing clocks used at sporting events, designed to store, protect and transport multiple components in one system.
Each case was carefully designed to stack in different configurations, while staying within strict footprint and air freight height limits.
This project ran alongside other large builds over the past few months, keeping things busy across the workshop.
Always great to see repeat custom and the continued trust in what we do.
Flight cases are often seen as purely practical.
But over the years, we’ve designed and manufactured a range of cases that go beyond that. Cases that become the main focus of the event itself.
This recent retail build is a good example. Designed not just to transport the equipment, but to contribute to the overall look.
And while the finish adds to the presentation, the case still delivers a practical solution for storing and moving the equipment.
Ideal for:
• Pop-up events
• Merch stands
• Retail environments
• Trade shows
When the presentation can matter just as much as protection.
A recently completed 86-inch motorised screen flight case, finished with a bold digital print.
A great example of how branding can elevate a case beyond just protection, helping showcase your brand while the equipment is in use or in transit.
Whether it’s a simple logo or a full graphic, branding can make a noticeable difference to how a case looks on site.
A recent project for Seiko, completed and ready to go!
Always good to see everything together once its been completed.
But, we continue as we turn our attention to another large project 👀
Sharing a throwback to this previous Seiko order.
You may have seen our recent stories that we have another batch of Seiko cases go through the workshop, and it’s always great to know our customers continue to trust us and our cases.
Behind the scenes, we’re currently in the middle of several large orders. Orders that require careful planning, organisation and consistency across every case.
Whether it’s a one-off case or a full production run, the same care and attention goes into every case that leaves the workshop.
Do you enjoy seeing behind-the-scenes content?
We may not be able to say much about the project, but the branding on these cases speaks for itself.
Even simple branding can completely change the look of a flight case. Whether it’s a clean logo, product information, or graphics showcasing a new product.
It helps equipment stay identifiable, keeps everything looking consistent, and adds a professional finish to the case.
Depending on the material and finish, we can offer a range of branding options to suit different styles and budgets.
Do you prefer bold branding that stands out, or something a little more subtle?
A little look behind the scenes on one of our larger projects that’s been underway since the start of the year.
While we often share the finished cases, there’s a lot that happens before that point.
From the initial discussions with our sales and design team, through material preparation and careful assembly by our dedicated builders, every stage plays an important part.
It’s been a productive few months so far.
If you have a new project coming up, get in touch. It’s never too early to start the conversation and explore the options that best suit your requirements.
What do we think of double colour screen prints?
This double-colour screen print brings these d&b M4 speaker cases to life, finished in black smooth HPL with a white-and-orange print for maximum impact.
The overall case design has also been carefully considered.
- 10mm smooth HPL for durability during use
- A custom CNC-cut internal foam, designed to fit the speaker’s shape, keeping everything secure.

Not every cases has to be hexaboard...
How a flight case is used, stored and transported can play a role in its design and the material choice.
Which is why we offer a variety of materials, colours and branding options to ensure the case meets your exact needs.
This brushed aluminium proved to be very popular when we showcased it last week, what do you think of it? 🔥

Sometimes, a flight case needs to do more than protect what’s inside.
How a case is used, stored and transported can play a role in its design.
For example, working with lots of cases and limited space might make our Truck Pack trunks a popular choice.
Thanks to their external dimensions, designed to fit precisely into vans and trucks, helping maximise available floor space.
If you have cases getting lost during pack-downs, a simple detail like a coloured lid band can help your cases stand out instantly in a busy venue.
For better organisation or clearer branding, we offer a range of branding options to suit your setup, style and budget, helping your cases work harder wherever they are.
It’s a good reminder that even classic case designs can be customised through material, colour, layout and branding choices to suit your exact needs.
