🔥Built to create a show🔥
What happens when digital signage stops being just a screen?
At Krispy Kreme Madrid, it becomes part of the experience.
In this video, Sergio Soriano, Sales Director AV at nsign, takes us inside the Krispy Kreme store at Parque Sur, Leganés, to explain how the “Hot Now” moment comes to life.
The idea was simple, but ambitious: create a show inspired by the energy of major live events.
To make it happen, the installation brings together a 14-meter LED banner, a 3x3-meter LED display, two menu board video walls, lighting, audio, and automation.
All working in sync.
At the center of it is nsign.
With one “Hot Now” trigger, the main LED banner acts as the master screen and sends the signal to the rest of the displays. From there, every screen, every light, and every piece of content moves together. That’s what makes the moment feel seamless.
Customers stop.
They watch.
They film.
They share.
And that is exactly the point.
Krispy Kreme now has 5 locations in Spain, and this project shows how digital signage can help create the same kind of memorable experience across every store.
Built by nsign Managed Solutions. Powered by nsign.tv.
🎥 Watch Sergio explain how it works.
Thank you, Krispy Kreme España, for the trust.
More than signage.
A moment people remember.

Young talent needs more than ideas.
It needs space, connection, and opportunity.
@youthagenda_ Portugal is launching to connect young people, create opportunities, and turn ideas into action.
At nsign, we’re proud to support an initiative that helps young talent move forward with clarity, leadership, and momentum.
As a digital signage platform, we believe screens can do more than display information. They can connect people, amplify messages, and turn moments into action.

Retail TouchPoints, a leading U.S. online publication for retail executives, has featured Mónica Fernández Bové, Managing Director at nsign, in its Executive Viewpoints section.
The article explores a clear shift in beauty retail: technology is no longer about impressing. It is about listening, adapting, and driving measurable results.
For nsign, this means turning digital signage into more than a screen. It becomes a dynamic communication layer that connects content, context, and business impact.
Thank you to Retail TouchPoints for opening this conversation with the retail community.

In the first post of our Applets series, we covered what nsign’s Applets are and why they matter.
In the second, we explored videos vs. applets and what changes when content needs to stay flexible.
Now, let’s look at the business benefits of nsign’s Applets.✨
What do businesses actually gain from using applets in digital signage?
More than flexibility.
They gain control.
That is where nsign’s Applets create real value.
Because when screen content is tied to daily operations, the challenge is not just creating it, it is keeping it accurate, relevant, and consistent across locations. That is where static content starts to slow teams down.
nsign’s Applets are built to make screen content easier to adapt, update, and manage at scale. They help brands work with one design across different formats, update only the information that needs to change, and keep content closer to real business conditions.
Why does that matter? Because the business impact is real.
⚪️ less manual work
⚪️ faster updates
⚪️ fewer errors
⚪️ more consistency across screens
⚪️ content that stays relevant for each location, campaign, or moment
And that value reaches different teams in different ways.
For marketing, it means more agility.
For operations, it means smoother execution.
For IT, it means more centralized control.
And for the business, it means screens that do more than display content. They support decisions, promotions, pricing, KPIs, and day-to-day communication more effectively.
This is why nsign’s Applets matter, because they make digital signage more useful.
When content needs to move with the business, the format matters.
And the benefits go far beyond the screen.

Your screen network is only as valuable as the decisions it can automate.
Digital signage in 2026 is no longer just about adding screens to a space. It is about making those screens useful, measurable, and easier to manage at scale.
This article from SignLink gives a solid overview of where the market is heading after ISE 2026, with perspectives from manufacturers, software platforms, and sign-makers.
For retailers, healthcare networks, transport hubs, QSR, corporate environments, and DOOH operators, the message is clear:
• Static playlists are not enough
• Content needs to react to context
• Remote management is now expected
• AI will play a bigger role in orchestration
• Energy efficiency and ROI are becoming purchase criteria
• Digital signage needs to integrate with wider business systems
The editorial includes nsign among the companies shaping this evolution, particularly around AI-powered orchestration for large-scale deployments, retail media strategies, and enterprise-grade environments.
The useful takeaway for any organisation managing multiple screens: the value is no longer only in the hardware. It is in the intelligence layer that connects displays, content, data, and real-time decision-making.

When companies think about employee experience, they often think about culture, benefits, onboarding, or engagement programs, and all of that matters.
But there is another part of the employee experience that is much more practical: how easy it is for people to move through the day.
Can they find the right room?
Do they know what is happening today?
Are they seeing the updates that matter?
Can teams stay aligned without adding more meetings, emails, or messages?
This is where corporate digital signage can make a real difference. Not as “screens with content”, that is too limited.
The real value appears when digital signage is connected to the way the company works: communication, spaces, data, alerts, recognition, and daily operations.
At nsign, we look at it through a simple framework: Creative → Logic → Experience
⚪️ Creative is the content employees see.
⚪️ Logic is what decides when, where, and why that content appears.
⚪️ Experience is what employees actually live in the workplace.
That is the important shift, because a screen in a lobby is useful, but a screen that shows the right message, in the right place, for the right audience, at the right moment is much more valuable.
⚪️ For HR and People teams, this can support communication, recognition, onboarding, and culture.
⚪️ For IT, it means thinking about a secure, scalable system that connects with existing tools and does not create another isolated platform.
⚪️ For leadership, it means turning workplace communication into something more visible, measurable, and aligned with business priorities.
And this is especially relevant for organizations with scale: corporate offices, multiple locations, hybrid workplaces, campuses, headquarters, frontline environments, or distributed teams.

When screen content needs to change often, videos can become a bottleneck.
That is the real difference between videos and Applets in digital signage.
A video is designed to play, it is a fixed file. So when something changes, the content usually has to be edited, exported again, approved again, and replaced again.
That works for static campaigns, but it creates friction when your screens need to reflect what is happening in the business.
⚪️ A price changes
⚪️ A promotion changes
⚪️ A product changes
⚪️ A message changes
⚪️ A priority changes by location or time of day
This is where Applets change the game.
nsign’s Applets are built for content that needs to stay flexible after it goes live. Instead of redoing the whole piece, teams can update only what needs to change and keep content aligned with real operations. They can also adapt across formats and connect to live data sources when needed.
So this is not just a creative choice. It is an operational one.
That means:
⚪️ less rework
⚪️ faster updates
⚪️ fewer manual steps
⚪️ more control across locations
In simple terms: Videos are static. Applets are built to adapt.✨
For brands managing many screens, that difference adds up fast.
Because when content changes every day, flexibility is not a nice-to-have. It is what keeps screens useful.

We shared a few weeks ago this opinion article published by AV Magazine. It is worth revisiting because its core message is relevant in 2026.
"Strategic alignment can streamline operations, helping organizations with thousands of locations run networks that are efficient, scalable, and resilient."
That is one of the key ideas in Mónica Fernández Bové’s article on the shift toward a more integrated Digital Signage as a Service model.
The message is simple: the real challenge is not adding more pieces. It is making hardware, software, content, operations, and service support work as one. That is where complexity starts to turn into clarity. And where signage starts to create stronger business outcomes.

Worth a second read for anyone thinking beyond deployment and focusing on long-term operational impact.
