ATF director Robert Cekada sat down with @shermichael_ from @watchwethefree to discuss how this ATF will do things differently.
He has rightfully pointed out that former ATF regulations have hurt law-abiding citizens and empowered criminals.

New Jersey’s Attorney General is now subpoenaing FFLs statewide, demanding records on every lawful sale of @glockinc pistols to New Jersey residents over the last decade.
This is an effort to harass and doxx law-abiding gun owners who purchased America’s most popular pistol.
Gun grabbers spent years claiming nobody wanted a registry. Now, anti-gun officials are demanding dealer records from law-abiding Americans.
“Subpoenaing law-abiding firearm dealers to help build a state gun registry is unconstitutional and utterly outrageous.” - NRA-ILA's John Commerford
Because New Jersey’s pistol permitting system operates as a de facto registry, the Attorney General can simply produce those records from its own database. This subpoena would make these transactions a matter of public record.

“Even her own office admits this is a bad bill.” - NRA's Justin Davis
Spanberger's overreaching gun bill doesn't just ban America's most popular rifle, it bans hunting rifles, shotguns, and a whole host of other commonly owned firearms.
The NRA will continue this fight in court.
Today, the NRA and our millions of members honor the men and women who have answered the call to defend our nation and protect our freedoms.
Thank you for your service, today and every day. 🇺🇸
Welcome to the modern progressive movement, where Minnesota Rep. Aisha Gomez will tell you to shoot yourself if you refuse to give up your Second Amendment rights.
This rhetoric is exactly why millions of Americans continue backing the NRA and the right to keep and bear arms.
The U.S. House of Representatives is expected to vote as early as next week on H.R. 1041 — Rep. Mike Bost's Veterans 2nd Amendment Protection Act.
This bill reverses the unconstitutional and deeply troubling policy that stripped veterans of their right to keep and bear arms without due process, simply because they have been assigned a fiduciary to help manage their Department of Veterans Affairs benefits they earned through their service to our nation.
Veterans should receive benefits and assistance to which they are entitled without the fear of losing their freedoms of purchasing and possessing firearms.
